Hello. I have an Estate washer model # TAW700JQ1 that stopped working yesterday. I went to empty the washer and it was filled with water. The timer was on off indicating the cycle completed but did not drain. I replaced the lid switch earlier this year so I don't suspect that.

At this point the washer does not do anything (fill, agitate, spin, drain). When I turn the knob on the timer, I can hear a faint "ticking" but that is it.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
George

Problem solved. One correction to my first post is that water did actually come out in the rinse cycles (I forgot I turned the water off:rolleyes: )
