 I opened my oven door to put in a sheet of cookies and the hinge flew back inside of the oven (found out later it dropped to the floor underneath). The door will not close completely tho the oven is still usable. We bought this oven used so we don't have a user/repair manual. Any idea on the proper way to get in there and rehook that spring and hinge?

pull oven out. remove side panel and there you will see the hinge. most likely, the hinge is broke or the spring has sprung, lol. In anycase, obtain your model number and order a new one.
