Cold air enters the fridge through a damper or vent between the freezer and fridge. The evaporator fan in or behind the freezer blows the air through. There is an adjustment to open and close this vent to allow more or less cold air in. Here is a diagram of the controls of your fridge. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/sect/b/e/r/ber79xcxi6.gif

You may have a defrost problem. When the evaporator coils in the freezer get heavily iced, the fan can't blow air across to the freezer. Take the back cover off the inside of the freezer to see the coils and the fan. If that's it check the defrost heater, defrost thermostat and timer. The defrost timer is part 257 in this diagram of your fridge controls. Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com
