Hi All,

I have a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator. It has begun to develop frost inside the freezer door near the ice chute. At times it clogs up with ice. Frost also develops on the front of the ice tray. Maybe the return spring on the ice door may be weak. Would I be better installing the Whirlpool repair door kit or an individual part? Are the instructions included with the Door Kit? It seems kind of tricky to remove the dispenser front.
Thanks
John

Hi John,

I would recommend to disassemble and diagnose the dispenser prior to order any parts. You can find the disassembly instructions attached to this reply.
