My Neptune washer will not agitate nor spin. It makes a "growling" noise when the motor runs.

I wonder if maybe the belt is slipping? I live in a rural area where these machines appear to be rare. Hard to find a repair person who knows how to work on the stacking Neptune washers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My husband wonders if this could be a fix he can do? Is there a place we can purchase a service manual for this machine?

What about parts? Can they be ordered online?
