My washer is giving a F20 code. I have checked the hoses and cleaned the screens. The water is turned on. I cleaned the drain pump filter. Please help me....

Inside the lower service panel should be a set of tech notes that will tell you how to test things. The logical suspects are the water pressure switch and the control unit. Use the notes to check them out. If you cannot find anything wrong, start by changing out the water pressure switch.
