Maytag washer (Model Number MAV6000AWWW), Serial Number 12503999YH, oversize capacity plus, white, 27-inch width
Problem in November 2007: After agitation finished, the control dial stopped, no water was drained out. After we replaced the belt and pump, the washer worked fine.
New problem: Filling and agitation are fine. Most water is drained out, but clothes are too wet after spin cycle.
How to repair it? Thank you.
Adam

Hi Adam, Remove the front panel. Lift up the washer from the front, remove the belt and check how freely the pump pulley is rotating in both directions. Make sure both drain hoses (the tub to the pump and from the pump out) are not clogged. Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for MAYTAG MAV6000AWW | AppliancePartsPros.comGene.
