Have water pooling at bottom of freezer compartment then freezing. Seems to be coming from vent area at back/bottom of freezer compartment. If I don't chip it out regularly it gets to door edge and melts and pools on floor. Wood floor already ruined. :mad:

Think it has to do with defrost system but not sure what. Definately not icemaker or water dispenser. Turned off water supply valve and still have problem. Both fridge and freezer are cooling properly. Everything else okay.

One interesting thing I've noticed is after closing door, there's a strong vacuum on door for moment, hard to open. May have nothing to do with problem.

Thanks a million, the advice was right on. Cleared the drain tube 2 days ago and it's been perfect ever since. It appeared the drain pan hole was misaligned with the drain tube which trapped the water and allowed it to gradually freeze over. I did a little modification to get the pan realigned and it's been working great. That also explained the vacuum on the doors. The frozen tube wouldn't allow air back in when you open the door so it held a vacuum.
