My fridge and bottom freezer are not cooling properly, freezer totally defrosted everything. The compressor is continuously running, the condenser fan is not running at all. Air still blows some in both fridge and freezer. The compressor is very warm to the touch. Help!!

You must verify the compressor is running, if so, the condenser would be warm. If not warm, you have refrigeration problems for a pro to look at.

Tested the mother board with a voltage tester and it is working. The compressor gets warm and hums so it is working. We are replacing the condensor fan motor for about $100. Part will be in tomorrow. Food still in a cooler....
