Dryer runs but does not heat. Is this a heating element problem or could it be something else? How do you get to the heating element to replace?

Lets do it step by step.
The first thing I would check is the power to the dryer. Check the circuit breakers for the dryer. Both of them should be on to provide 240V for the dryer.
