my ge microwave turntable stopped spinning. i believe the motor is bad, but suspect mabe more damage. there are 14 volts at the motor with the microwave off and 22 vlots with it on. why is there current with it off, mabe bad switch, hopefully not the board? thanks in advance for the help

Check the motor for continuity. If it's open then the motor is bad. Wrong voltage at the motor means a faulty control board (unfortunately).

- The part number for the control board is AP3693251

- The part number for the turn table motor is AP3205666
