Clean out the pump and internal drain hoses, that should do it as these machines get all sorts of things from your pockets in the hoses and drain.

If that does not fix it your pump may be defective.

Sounds great can you give me some insight on how to do this? Back panel? From bottom? Top? Which hose? Etc. Thanks!
