We lost power overnight and now our two upright freezers in our bar are not freezing properly. There was a little water on floor and foot is cold but not frozen. We had a handyman come in and he cleaned the coils and reset the breakers and it appears to be getting colder, however there are two lights on the bottom of the freezer - both lights are on but there is also an on/off swith and the switch is on off mode. Whenever we try and turn the switch on we get a very loud buzzing noise?

Sounds like it may be running correctly other than it is too warm but that may just take some time. Here are the operators manual and the wiring diagrams. http://www.frigidaire.com/manuals?model=GFU2065FWAThe lights are a power light and a temperature alarm light. So the temperature alarm light is just telling you that you are not cold enough. The switch looks like it is a temperature alarm buzzer so it start to make a racket when you turn it on. |

Thanks so much for the info. This website is awsome! I'll let our handyman know. He was coming over today to take a look at it. :)
