My Niece Did Her Laundry In My Automatic Water Level Maytag Where She Shoved About 3 Loads Of Clothes Into One Load. Now My Washer Will Not Fill With Water At The Wash Or Rinse Cycle. It Will Agitate And Spin. We Have Ordered The Water Inlet Valve Already And We Have Read That It Could Also Be The Water Level Sensor, Can You Please Give Me Your Opinion And Let Me Know Where The Water Level Sensor Is Located On My Machine... Remember I Do Not Have A Water Level Control Knob Being That My Machine Is An Automatic Water Level Machine.

One of my sons overloaded the machine with clothes and now it won't fill with water in the Wash or Rinse cycle. I have replaced the water inlet valve and the level sensor switch and still--no water. We have the same washer and it makes me wonder if there is some kind of a shutoff valve when the sensor detects too many clothes and potentially too much water. Did you ever get your washer fixed?

Yes, It Was The Water Level Sensor. We Also Replaced The Water Inlet Valve As Well, Then We Replaced The Water Level Sensor Which Fixed Our Problem. We Were Told Though That If The Water Level Sensor Did Not Fix The Problem Then The Only Other Thing That It Could Be Is The Timer. Hope This Helps
