The fan motor growls when it starts and everytime you change speeds on it. Once it gets to speed, the noise drops. The bearings are ok. It this the capacitor, circuit board or motor? thanks

Chirpy,

The more likely issue is a weak or bad fan motor start capacitor, based on you informatin. Unfortunately I cannot find a technical data sheet or parts information with the model number you supplied.

Good Luck,

:) :) :)
