The handle on my Kenmore microwave, Model 665.61701100, snapped off the door at the bottom attachment point. I purchased a new handle from this site, but can't figure out how to replace it. I'm not sure if I need an additional part or not. There is a plastic pin with a screw going through it that sticks out of the door frame for the handle to screw on to. This plastic pin has cracked and most of it fell off. So now just the bare screw sticks out of the door. The handle won't attach without the plastic covering the screw. I can't figure out how to get the door off and apart to see the other side of that screw. I think I need that piece to replace it, not the actual handle itself.

thanks for any input!
