My new Thermador downdraft which has 3 speeds only operates on the number one, the two and three speed do not work. Do you think it was wired wrong or the switch is bad? Any ideas?

Most likely the problem is the switch but I do not recommend to attempt any repairs on your Thermador downdraft due to it is still under the manufacturer warranty which is one year from the installation date.

Just for references here is the break down diagram for your Thermador vent downdraft system Model CVS45RB
