Does anyone know where I can get a service manual for this 2 yr old washer?

The washer flashes a F71 code and the motor will not run. Diagnostics says to check ccu and communication lines. I suspect a bad connection All the unit will do now is beep when you press the on button, no lights go on.

A quick check, disconnect the motor control harness from the CCU, if the code disappears, bad motor control board or loose connection. if the code stays bad, CCU. :cool: :cool: :cool:

Thanks Joe, I heard of that test before, but the washer is really dead now, nothing displayed. Anyway, told customer to get a repair site that has access to factory advice.

I wish ServiceMatters was a bit more "friendly". I should have downloaded as much as possible before they went to a "proprietary" web site. :( :( :(
