Bake igniter glows brightly, but does not ignite after 60 seconds. Broiler works fine, surface burners work fine. Bake igniter has small whitish area, but no gaps.

Most likely the problem is a bad igniter. The current in the line is not enough to open the gas valve. - The part number for the oven igniter AP2150412 Gene.

I replaced the bake igniter, and I got the exact same outcome: igniter glows brightly; does not ignite after 90 seconds; broiler works fine.

only thing left is the gas valve and also the igniter should be reading 3-4 amps to kick on the gas vavle if you want to go at it another way put meter leads on the gas valve watch for voltage to appear if it does and still no ignition for sure gas valve it may be possible for the regulator to be bad on one side maybe
