My power cord on my Duet needs to be replaced, how do I replace it? I thought it had a drop down panel like the dryer.

Onedodal,

No, your power cord is held in place and secured to the cabinet frame by a retainer clip/insert.

You'll need to remove the top
(remove the three (3) screws across the back of the top, slide the top back, until the hidden retainer clips release).

Disconnect the wire connectors from the interior connections, with a pair of pliers collapse the center of the retainer clip and pull out on the power cord. reverse the procedure to install and connect the repalcement cord.

:) :) :)
