i put a pre made cake in the oven. the outside edge cooked but the center stayed wet.

is that a thermostat problem and if it is where do i also find a pic for where the thermostat is so i can change it my self

The first think I would do is measure the oven temperature using a good mercury oven thermometer. Also it is very important to preheat the oven properly.

The model number you posted is incorrect.
