- My washing machine starts fine, begins to fill at an appropriate rate with correct water temperature, but seems to drain immediately. The cycle does not advance, the water just keeps pouring in and goes directly back out (?).
- My clothes have yellow stains all over them that I cannot seem to get out (rust?).
- This is a new set for me as of just last night. I had a previous set that did all of the exact same things! How is this possible?
- My previous set I used for approx. 1 week (different brand) and occasionally would work, but I had ALL the same problems as above, including the coloring damage.
- I have lived in this older town home for approx 1 ½ weeks now and I know it has been unoccupied for at least 5 months if that is helpful.
I have no clue how old this set it. Please help! I have called for a repair technician but it will take forever to get them out to me.

your drain hose is to far in your stand pipe or you have your drain tube too low drain hose should be above tub.

That was exactly my problem. How silly of me to purchase a new set before I figured that out. Thank you for the help!
