Maybe a bad high voltage diode.

If you hear a loud hum from the high voltage transformer, remove power, temporarily short the high voltage capacitor leads, and remove the wire from the magnetron that goes to the high voltage capacitor. If the hum now stops when you turn it on, you have a bad magnetron, if not, you have a shorted high voltage diode.
