I have a really old Modern Maid Wall Oven which I use infrequently.

When in use, large amounts of smoke seem to come from the oven door
(the smoke comes from the door itself, not inside the oven).

I would love to give the model number, but the unit came with the house so I don't know it?.

Any tips?

Hi jvaini

Most likely there is a grease built up inside the oven door. I would recommend to remove the door, accurate take it apart and clean inside.

Gene.
