Have not had any problem with microwave in 7 years. Yesterday, I put water in a pyrex cup to boil water for tea. I was standing in front watching, and after about 1-1/2 minutes, I heard a bang, and the door flew open, along with all the water that was in the pyrex cup. Now I am afraid to use the microwave. Have never heard of anything like this happening. HELP ???? Thank You.

I allways heat my tea with tea in the cup and I know it takes about 3 minutes to get it to nearly boiling temperature, so I allwys select 3 minutes and never have a problem.
