hello,
i bought a condo with Kenmore stacked washer/dryer. I do not know how old the appliances are.
Problem: dryer turns, but does not completely dry clothes. I had the vent blown out, but no improvement. Clothes still damp after 2 hrs. Can you offer any help for a solution? Could it be the heating element? If so, is this accessable without pulling out the stacked appliance? I do not have the manual.

Disconnect the vent and dry a load, Did it dry better??? If it did, The vent is still BAD!! If its heating up, then its NOT the element!!!:)
