I changed water service/supply so I turned washer on it's side and cleaned screen on pump. I noticed it wasn't cleaning very well. I couldn't hear it spraying so I would start it and try to open the door to see if it was spraying. It did not seem to be spraying then I noticed that it wasn't filling up far enough. I don't think there is anything wrong with the dishwasher I think I messed up the settings. I was told there is a way to reset it.

You should be able to lift and drop the float in the tub on the bottom, with out any resistance. The fill valve could be restricted with debris from the water line/supply. That happens quite often, especially when changing pipes or water supply. Part number: AP4366628
Also, you'd want to flush the water supply valve and line, before you attach it to the new valve. Good Luck, :) :) :)
