I have a problem with spin cycle. It doesn't work on regular cycle, but does on the other cycles. What are the possible problems? I consulted Maytag FAQ's on their website, but not helpful. Is it the timer?

I have the same problem with a LAT 731 4AAE. What did you find out?

Thanks,

Most likely the problem with your washer is a bad timer.

- The part number for the timer AP250048

- Here are the break down diagrams for the Maytag washer Model LAT7314AAE
