I overloaded by Estate washing machine with towels and it started making a terribly racket. Now the entire inner wash bin is loose and off-balance. I can lift up on the edges of the inner basin and move it around inside the machine. The agitator is not broken, rather then entire inner basin is loose inside the machine. It seems like there is a spring or something that popped and now the inner basket is no longer connected. Any suggestions?

The first thing you need is a model number. I can't do much without it.

Also are you talking about the "basket" being loose? (its the part that holds the clothes and has all the holes in it.)

It is either a ETW440XQ or ETW4400WQ. I'll have to look tonight to make sure. The speckled basket (with the little holes) itself is not loose, rather the entire basin is loose. I can grab the agitator like a shifter in a car and move it 4 to 5 inches in any direction. When I turn on the spin cycle with no clothes inside, it starts running smooth then gets noisy at higher RPM's.

You are going to have to pull the case and check your suspension, skate plate, white and brown pads, and springs. Here is a diagram of some of the parts. I used model number ETW4400WQ0 to look this up.
