Mr Richappy. Each service tech has there own way of repairing things. Some have their own opinions, on what is the best product to buy. Some guy's go into a whirlpool dryer, and replace 1 roller and leave, some replace, the rollers, the idler pully and the belt. So they feel, the customer will be fine for another 7 or 8 years. You must understand, that I realize, that most of the service men that come to this forum, have a great amount of knowledge, but none of us know it all. So, with Denman has said is so true. Any info we that we can help the people, will be the best thing for them. I do not steer people in an expensive repair. In my opinion, which is just my opinion, which does not mean that I am correct, in all my assumptions, I give advise. I would figure that for running service calls for thirty years, I would say I know a little bit, but not everything. So, if I come back on a post of yours and you on mine, there is no need to be affended, or think that someone is belittle you or me. Denman himself, comes back on me a ton of times, and I respect his knowledge, and his ability ,and time that he puts in a post. There are many times, that 2 cool heads are better then one. So, if I affended you in anyway, I appologize, I am here for the enjoyment of helping people. Tom
