This dishwasher has never dried the dishes. They get clean but no drying. It has a rinsing and drying agent but the dishes are soaking wet. How can I change this. This is the first time I've owned a dishwasher that has left my dishes soaking wet. (this is my 4th dishwasher, always had Maytag, this is the 1st frigidaire) HELP.

Are you sure you have the heat dry option on?

If yes then there are 3 parts in the heater circuit.
1. The element itself. Unplug the unit and measure it, it should be around 15 ohms.
2. The hi-limit thermostat. Unplug the unit and measure it. It should be 0 ohms.
3. The control board itself.

If the first two items check out OK and the wires from the control board down to the element/thermosat combo are good then the board is probably toast.
