When I plug my oven in the mag starts humming and gets very hot, also the ceramic floor gets very hot until the TCO by the mag opens and shuts off power. None of the fans are running while the mag is humming. This happens without anything being entered into the control panel including the time. The humming does stop when the door is opened. I have checked each of the TCOs and they appear to be operating normally. This started happening after my wife was boiling large amounts of water on the stovetop without the vent fan on and condensation was forming on and in the oven. What would cause power to be applied to the mag without input from the control panel:confused: Thanks, Larry

Hi Larry, Most likely the problem is a bad control board (aka a smart board). - The part number for the control board is AP2026129 Gene.
