My Admiral washer will not spin. My brother and I replaced the Thrust bearing/pulley and the belt. The washer still will not spin and I can not move the tub by hand. It does not make any weird noises or weird smells. Other than this it works beautifully. Any suggestions?

It should have been a little difficult to install and adjust. I take for granted, you did check for articles stuck between the tubs,or around the tub cover first, and the motor does run. You may want to remove everything (again) this time remove the brake stator and rotor, and see if you can rotate the tub, to determine if you've got a bad tub bearing.(you'll need to remove one of the screws from the brake stator and go to a local hardware store and purchase 2 matching screws, only 2 inches long, so you can safely remove the brake stator and rotor tension spring without hurting yourself). I'm hoping it's just a mis adjusted cam. :) :) :)
