Are you sure your new sensor connections are tight ?

Your F1 and F3 codes indicate a problem in the temperature sensor, or the control board, on your style unit.

You may want to check the sensor resistance at the connector on the ERC/clock, that should be the next step/test.

You'd need to access the back of the ERC, unplug the 7 pin/6 wire connector, located in the lower right side of the ERC back side, and check for 1050 to 1100 ohms across the 2 white wires(pin #1 and pin#4)at room temperature, with a multi meter.

If you have the proper resistance, you'd have to presume, your ERC has a bad circuit.
If you don't have the resistance, you'd need to start checking the white wires back to the sensor and in the multi plug for shorts to the cabinet and loose fittings in the multi plugs.

Here are the access instructions,

Control Panel

1. Remove power from unit.
2. Open oven door and remove screws securing control
panel.
3. Remove screws located on the right and left sides of
the control panel.
4. Grasp control panel on the far left and right sides and
gently pull the control panel out and down.

6. Reverse procedure to reinstall control panel.

Electronic Control

1. Remove control panel, see “Control Panel”
procedure, steps 1 through 4.
2. Remove screws securing electronic control bracket to
control panel.
3. Label and disconnect terminal wiring from electronic
control.
4. Reverse procedure to reinstall electronic control.
