have a Maytag MAH2400AWW front loading washer. There was no action from the motor, I tested the resistance to the motor windings, there was no reading at all between orange pin one and gray pin 3. I ordered a new control panel from ya'll. I just hooked it up, and still no action from the motor and no reading between those same two pins. Just like before, the other pins have readings.

Is it in fact the motor and there was no problem with the control panel, or could it be something else?

Thank you

Here is the test and specs on the motor windings for this model

(CN1) Unplug connector and test Resistance at plug.

Rotor Orange Pin 1 to Gray Pin 3 = approx 2.5 ohms);
Stator Yellow Pin 5 to Violet Pin 4 = approx 1 ohms),

Stator Yellow Pin 5 to Blue Pin 6 = approx 1 ohms

If you were getting an open reading on the windings I think it is highly likely that the motor and not the control board was the problem.

See if you can get the tech sheet on this model from Maytag, and try replacing the motor. If that works, install the original board and if it continues to work you can return the board to APP. See the returns policy for details and conditions.
