I've just ordered the replacement handle for our microwave. Can you give me instructions as to how to install it when it arrives? The top of the handle is still connected to the door; however, the bottom of the handle has broken loose. Thanks

Hi Tina,

In order to access the screws holding the door handle you have to remove the inner door frame first. I hope this video clip will help you.

Here are the break down diagrams for the GE microwave Model JVM1331WW03

I removed the frame, the screw holding the bottom of the handle dropped out.
Was able to restore it to its rightful place, and we're back in bidness!
Thanks again.
