Microwave heats fine. Some of the keys on the panel do not work. Timer works, fan starts but cannot shut off, and one minute works fine. I can reset the clock depending on what time it is, since half of the numbers do not work. Figure I need to replace the part directly behind the key board. Any suggestions, directions, part numbers. Thank you.

Thank you for the fast response. Do you know if the parts come with any instructions? I plan to do this myself.

Don't think they will. This repair is not to bad to do. Unplug unit. When you get the new part in, remove the vent cover on the top. Then you will see the screw for the control panel. Remove the screw and lift off the panel. Once removed you will disconnect the ribbon cable. Then remove the control board from the back and install on the new panel. Then reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
