problem began with error code f09. checked hoses and pump basket for clogs.changed pressure switch.now it is tripping circuitbreaker now

Ouch, this is a difficult one, not because of you but because of this machine. You are going to have to check the motor and wiring to the control board, and if that checks out, try chaning the main control board.
