We need to know how to take off agitator so it can be replace. We tried but it is so hard to loosen up. Can someone give me a suggestion

Take off the cap, and then the next cap underneath it and you will find a 7/16" bolt. Use a socket wrench with an extender to take out the bolt. You can then pull the agitator off the shaft.
