My GE profile is freezing food. what could be the problem.

Too cold in the "freezer". The frig gets its cold air from the freezer.

Put a thermometer in the freezer. If it is below 0 it's too cold. Make an adjustment.

You want 0 in the freezer and 36 in the frig.
