Following is the best I can do. 31-3280 Clean Design Electro-Mechanical GE Dishwasher Service Manual - ApplianceDigest.com You will have to join the site to get the manual but the site is a great place to find info on many different units. What filter do you want to clean?

Based on the schematics, where exactly is the filter? Replacement parts for JENN-AIR DW441C119 DISHWASHER- UNDERCOUNTER \| AppliancePartsPros.com I added a pic with an arrow pointing to where I am guessing the filter is located, what do u think? repairsperson attached the following image(s):

Take note how the inside piece is installed. If you reinstall it incorrectly the chopper will eat it. Be careful when looking in the sump as there is often broken glass in there. If it is not draining at all make sure that the wash/drain solenoid (left hand side of the pump) is pulling down into the drain position. Another common spot for drain plugs is where the drain hose attaches to the house plumbing.
