It is either the pressure switch or the tube that connects from the pressure switch to the tub. It is somewhat common for the tube to come loose on this model and that will cause your problem. The pressure switch is located in the control panel directly behind the knob that you turn for water level control. The tube connects to the bottom of the tub and you have to remove the case to see it. Once you get the case off follow the tube to the right backside of the tub and you should find where it connects. If it is off reconnect it and if not make sure it isn’t clogged or it could have a hole in it, check for that. If there isn’t anything wrong with the tube replace the pressure switch. This page will show how to remove the case Whirlpool Washer Disassembly Guide
