I am replacing my surface burner part # wb30x348.I was wondering if I just unscrew the old one and reinstall the new one or do I have to use the jumper plate that came with the new one?If so can you please give me step by step instructions on how to do this?I already had to replace the switch because I touched the wires together but now I am wondering if its because I did not use the jumper plate. Please help. I also need help on how to install the ceramic insulator block that comes with it.Are there any tips or tricks?
