Well needless to say this washer has been a pain in my butt.. Always something. Two door locks (1 in less than a year) and now it continues to beep irregularly with the lights flashing almost like there is a loose connection somewhere. I've taken the front panel off and reset all the connections on the control board and its still doing it. Had to unplug driving the Wife Crazy..

Any ideas?

Look inside the lower service panel and see if you can find tech notes that will tell you how to troubleshoot it.

Hi, Ok, I can go trouble shoot it, but there is only one place where all the electronic issues can come from and that's the Control board, correct? So what's my chances of solving this problem is I just replace it? I know its $200 bucks.. Thanks

This machine has two control boards, and the motor control unit is the one that fails most often. (Gee, it is an electronic component that sits near the hot and wet and vibrating part of the machine, I wonder why it fails)

You can try replacing either board, and if you buy from this site (no we who reply are not connected to the parts operations) and it does not fix the problem you can return it. See the returns policy for conditions.

Thanks so much for your quick reply, great site for parts. They stand by them!! I had a door lock switch failed with only 2 days left for the year and they replaced it free of charge. They have my business.
Motor control board, where is that located on the washer?

See if you can download the service manual from this site

(I have been having trouble, so use patience)

If you turn the dial to Drain, it will stop beeping. But it will likely continue to beep when washing clothes. I opened mine, unplugged the wires from the control board, cleaned it with a q-tip and it was fixed when I put it back together. I could barely tell it was dirty, but I guess that did the trick.
