Hi , I have a Fisher & Paykel GWL11 washing Machine . The drain pump only ran for a few second in the rinse cycle. Then I smell burning. I repeat this item several time and I heard a pop occured. Now there is no power on the unit at all .
I did remove the pump, there was no debri at all and seem to run freely.
Can you confirm that I need a new pump? Also is there a fuse somewhere that I can replace. I believe that was the popping sound I heard when the pump stopped running???
Thanks for your help I need to get this washer up and running as soon as I can with a family of Five.
Thanks!

the pop was the controller dying now you must replace both the pump and the controller its happened to me about 94 times now so get ready to fork out some dough, btw next time make sure the customer doesnt keep trying to re-start the machine if theres a burning smell
