Fusible link, limit switch, heater coil. Check all with an ohm meter.

I had the same problem, check the the overload protector, you will find it just above the heat coils, there are two of them, check the last one close to the heat coils. the part number for zoneline 3500 is wp23x10020 (ge part number) or ap# is ap3188632
