OK, I've read posts to pg 25 n now I'll have a loaded nog and ask for help! This GE/Hotpoint electric is pretty old and drum wouldn't turn. Thought it was the belt but opened back & it was twisted. Opened top & front to get belt correctly around drum & pully (mine was closer to Maytag diagram) n now I can't get the drum seated to the rear! No support or anything to sit it on back there. There was a white plastic glide in place in front n found another broken on the bottom when opened & was cleaning while I had it that way--so I'm sure they need to be replaced, but I still have no support in back:eek: ! Is it guides/glides/slides or brackets that I need in the rear? I also feel some felt back there. Do I also need to replace the liner or seal (or whatever it's called) in the front while I'm doing this although it looks OK? I'm visiting my daughter n the laundry is piling up n I've already ordered 2 unnecessary parts n I'm a pretty good handyperson n like to try to do it myself if I can so please :) I need help! Your site is very informative and helpful, by the way, and I give thanks for you guys that devote and give your time freely! Thanks also in advance for any offered assistance  !
