We lost some of the functions on the touch pad over the past 2 months and now the pad does not work at all. The microwave asks for the "clock" button to be pressed but it does not work. None of the buttons work.
Is there a way to replace the touchpad and is there a circuit board that may need to be replaced too?

Most likely the problem is a bad touch pad. What is the complete model number of the microwave?
Gene.
