washer does not reach full speed in spin cycle. replaced worn out drive belt, and ran through spin cycle with front cover removed. still runs slow through spin. no noises and belt does not seem to be slipping. :confused: any help would be appreciated.

Check above the tranny for signs the tub seal is leaking.
