Neither the interior light or the two lights above the stove work anymore. I tested all three bulbs for continuity and they all test positive.

Nauset,

I'm hoping that you have a bad low voltage transformer,

Part number: AP3177761
Part number: AP3177761

But in most cases, it usually winds up being the main control board,

Part number: AP3130764
Part number: AP3130764

Your low voltage transformer(120 VAC in / 20 VAC out) sends the low voltage to the main control board.

When you open the door or select the hood light(s) the relay on the main closes and sends the low voltage to the bulb(s).

Good Luck,
